Born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. I finished my education as a documentary director at The National Filmschool of Denmark in 2013.
Since graduating I have been working in the cross field between art, commercial tv and documentary film. Looking at women and telling their stories from a female point of view has become crucial for the way I work. Wether it’s the Danish Queen, Jada or a young women struggling to give her deaf/blind brother a worthy life.
In 2018 my debut documentary film “The night we fell” premiered on CPH:DOX where it was nominated for a NORDIC DOX:AWARD. The documentary film became the 4th most seen film that year and was later picked to open ZAGREB:DOX.
In 2021 my feature documentary “He’s my brother” won a special mention at CPH:DOX and won the audience award at Dok München. In December 2022 I finished 5 episodes about the Danish popsinger Jada, which will air in June 23 on TV2.
I am currently in development with new film projects and always looking for new characters and stories to tell. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have something important you want to share.
